Originally from Ohio, Pat Hune relocated to Arizona in 1979, worked for 20+ years in the electronics industry and became a licensed realtor in 2001. Pat holds a bachelors degree along with extensive training in both commercial and residential real estate. Pat started 1st Southwest Realty in 2006.
In 2008 Pat's sister, Karen Van Vugt, joined the company to operate the property management side of the business.
